Prizes in the general classification are brutto, subject to taxation according to the Romanian Tax Code (10% of amounts surpassing Lei 600 for Romanian citizens and 16% of the total brutto for foreign citizens); they are guaranteed, not cumulable, and in case of tie in the general classification they will be split via the Hort System between a number of players corresponding to the number of announced prizes.

Each player (in tournaments A and B) is entitled to two bye’s (=0,5 pts) in any of the first 6 rounds, but this must be announced before the start of the predecessing round, at the latest.
